For Ever-Young Face - (Contd(2)..)

LOOSE FACIAL MUSCLES

Regular face massage with upward movements, and a bit of taping all over the face is very beneficial. But facial exercises become a must in this condition, as massaging alone cannot help very much. You should try the following exercises :

1. Close your eyes tight, then open-them as wide as possible. Do for five times. Now frown tightly, and then relax.
2. Raise your eyebrows and relax them five times.
3. Smile tightly and then form a light 'O' with your lips. Do this five times.
4. Fill up air in the mouth, take it from one side to the other and blow out slowly-five times.
5. Try to touch the tip of the nose with your tongue-again, five times.
6. With your first finger under each eye dray the parts of the eyes under your fingers close together towards the nose. Then relax. This exercise should also be performed five times.
7. Open your mouth and relax your lower jaw, then take your lower jaw up gradually, and tightly, five times.
These exercises should be done twice a day. Since the facial muscles are very small and delicate, do not overdo them.

For Ever-Young Face - (Contd..)

FLABBY SKIN
You can see a little puffiness on this kind of skin, which usually looks pale and sallow. This skin needs washing with hot and cold water, and a regular face massage at night. You should pat this skin in the morning, but be very gentle. The circulation is normally not good, and is responsible for such a condition, With the suggestions above your circulation will improve and you can expect the skin to become normal once again. Try to take less salt in your diet, and do not leave night cream on the night. Useless moisturizer during the day.

FLAKY SKIN
As years roll by the oil glands get less active, results in a flaky and dry skin. Make-up applied on a flaky skin looks patchy and bad. Sometimes. dieting or bad health can lead to such a condition. Even when one has a cold, one can experience a flaky skin. The best thing would be to take 500 mg of vitamin c every day, and add extra milk to your diet, besides more fruit and fat. Use a good cold cream to clean your face with at night.
Then tissue it off, or else wipe off with a towel squeezed out of hot water; the flaky skin should be wiped off gently. This will not only remove the dead dry skin but leave your skin glowing. I feel that in winter, especially, one should clean the skin normally, as suggested already, unless one has an oily skin or any other skin problem. The only precaution to take is to clean and wash your face towel regularly, So as not to put back the dust and stale make-up removed a day earlier.
